In Fall 2013, Daniel successfully recruited over 50 performers and raised funds to hire a choir of 20 professionals to perform eight of his new compositions on his first Doctoral Composition Recital at Shepherd School of Music, Rice University. Daniel’s first CD release A New Spring Time is a result of this project. Thanks to the support of over 76 generous donors, this idea became a reality!
