Nov 5, 2015 –Two subsequent performances of Trois Chansons are set for Ars Nova Coral da UFMG in Belo Horizonte, Brazil on November 5 and 26, 2016.
October 9, 2015 –The Vancouver Chamber Choir (Jon Washburn, cond.) will give the North American premiere of the complete Trois Chansons on November 13, 2015.
October 6, 2015 – Ars Nova Coral da UFMG will give the world premiere of Trois Chansons at Inhotim in Brumadinho, Brazil (Iara Fricke Matte, cond.) on October 24, 2015.
September 18, 2015 – The first performances of Trois Chansons are beginning to be announced. Houston Chamber Choir (Robert Simpson, cond.) will premiere the third chanson, Chanson d’un demain, on September 18 and 20 in Longview and Houston, Texas.
December 1, 2014 – The first phase of this project has successfully concluded. Thanks to the 32 choirs from 19 countries who have signed up! Stay tuned for further news about possible co-premiere dates and live-streaming opportunities!
November 20, 2014 – Inspiration has been very strong. Today, the first draft of Trois Chansons is finished. Next comes editing and putting the manuscript into a digital score.
November 11, 2014 – Composing has been underway for about a week now! Trois Chansons is coming along!
October 13, 2014 – A technical glitch was discovered in the “Join Consortium” form which appears to have rejected all forms sent between Oct. 1-Oct. 12. If your form was rejected, please feel free to resend it — the form should now be working properly!
October 1, 2014 – The Trois Chansons Project is now accepting choirs to its international consortium up until November 30, 2014.
